Personality:
He seems to be a very cheerful type, always with a smile on his face. While being a pyromaniac, he's also quite playful and likes to entertain people with his performances. (his pryomanic tendencies started when he burned down his school).
Vin also feels very loyal to his uncle, who saved him from his miserable life. This is something he'll be forever thankful for. That's why he doesn't feel any scruples when he needs to kill somebody for his uncle's (also the gang's) sake.
If anybody dares to anger him, and he is actually quite short-tempered, he doesn't wait long to punish that person...
But even if he is in a bad mood, it can be quickly changed to the opposite (just feed him and he loves you, probably)

Biography:
Vincent is half british and half chinese, born from a chinese prostitute. His father was a mighty politician.
He lived some years with his mother, whom he loved dearly. When Vin turned 8, his father suddenly appeared and took him away from his mother, because he wanted to have his only son to grow up in a respected household.
This is how he came to live with his father, who immediatly put him into a boarding school. He was made to learn how to be a british politican son and was always expected to be marvelous in every subject. However, Vin could not stand this lifestyle and always tried to escape from there, always failed though. While his father never visited him nor wrote him any letters, Vin's hatred for the high class society grew with every second. Besides being lonely all the time, he got bullied aswell for looking differently (he inherited more of his mother's blood). They laughed at him for being a bastard and having a filthy mother.
One day, Vin finally snapped and came up with a plan to escape, which was rather a plan to destroy the school (with a glimpse of hope to kill many of them) . He just set the school on fire, and escaped during the turmoil.
Luckily, Vin was intelligent enough to survive on his own for several weeks/months until someone unexpected found him. During his 'survival of the fittest' on the streets of London, he had a miserable but free life. He also tried to find his mother again, but was never succesful. Then one day, his uncle (mother's brother) found him. His name was Ji Yunqing, who told him that his mother contacted him years ago and pleaged him to find her son. Unfortunately, his mother died of an unknown disease already.
Heartbroken from his loss, nothing kept Vincent in England and accepted his uncle's offer to go with him to New York (and he also adopted him).
Vincent is fascinated by New York and how different it is. He starts enjoying his life again and lives out his love for the mighty element fire.
He learns about his uncle's position in the gang 'The 8 Flowers of Luck' and starts helping him with his orders and later becomes a member himself.
His job is too get rid of inconvenient people, be it the gang's enemies or others. In addition to that, he also handles opium dealing sometimes, but due to his inability to be patient enough, he loses his temper quite quickly (and ends up beating up the negotiating party).
Besides doing his gang work, he enjoys performing his fire techniques on stage. Especially on Chinese New Year, he can show his passion for fireworks and such.

- still has his british accent, which he is still trying to get rid off but fails
- doesn't speak chinese as good as he used to; still practicing though
- trying to hide his halfbloodness
- has actually dark brown hair, but dyed it black to look more chinese
- about 5'9" tall (yar that's his british blood )
